This student complex, spanning over 23,000 square meters, will be equipped with all the necessary amenities and facilities, addressing the demand for high-quality housing in this region.

The student complex sets itself apart with its numerous facilities for both students and budding entrepreneurs. The complex regularly hosts information sessions for startup entrepreneurs, and commercial meeting spaces will also be available. In addition, Student Experience offers various facilities such as a multifunctional lounge, a large swimming pool in the courtyard, a rooftop sports field, a gym, a laundry room, a private dining room, several study areas, a sports circuit around the building, and a restaurant that will be accessible to everyone.
